Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of all items, after payment is received and approved. No purchase minimum is required. All cloths are sent flat, along with detailed usage & washing instructions and an applications chart. top International Orders We ship our products worldwide. If you are interested in purchasing Tergo products from an international destination, please contact us via email or telephone. Shipping rates are determined based on the size and weight of your order as well as destination country. International shipments will be sent by UPS or Fed Ex. *Please note: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Our shipping department will ensure that the most economical shipping method is used and will review all orders placed. Please be advised that bulk purchases may not be courier shippable due to the size or weight of the package. In the event your items are not courier shippable, your order will be sent via 3rd party carrier. Please note: We do not make money on shipping. It is simply the cost for us to ship the items to you and in some cases we actually help out with the shipping. top Product Availability Delivery time is subject to warehouse availability on some products. Contact us for distributor pricing. top Currency All prices on our website are in Canadian currency (before tax and shipping). top Payment We accept credit card payments online via paypal. If you prefer not to pay online, we also accept bank wire transfers, money order or western union. Credit card purchases over the phone will required an authorized signature accompanied by a photo copy of the credit card, before we are able to place your order. Full payment is required prior to order being sent. top Payment by Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer If you prefer to pay by money order or bank wire transfer rather than credit card, the best method is to simply add items to your shopping cart and print out your completed order form. This will display the items for purchase including the cost to ship the items to you. Contact us and we will provide you with our swift account and any additional banking information that you need to process the bank wire transfer. Make all payments payable to Daldmar Enterprises Inc. Fax us a copy of the wire transfer and the order form. Be sure to include your shipping information and phone number with your payment. We also accept western union payments by fax or phone. Orders should be faxed to us at 604-288-2847. top Returns and Refunds Policy In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, within 30 days of receipt: we will refund 100% of your purchase price. You must contact us in advance for a return merchandise authorization number and a return shipping address. All returns must be sent to us freight prepaid. Returned items must be in their original packaging. No refunds on items damaged by customer abuse or misuse. Please follow the detailed instructions sent with your order. Damaged products due to misuse will not be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately. We will need to file a claim with the shipper within 15 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims can be made after the 15 day limit is up. All shipping boxes must be retained until either picked up by shipper or until we notify you. top Privacy Policy We respect your privacy.
